Our start
Massive Mobility kicks off!
As everyone else was zeroing on charging of 4-W, Massive Mobility was started by Shailesh Vickram Singh, an Entrepreneur and Venture capitalist. Prior to starting Massive Mobility, Shailesh was executive Director with SeedFund and looked after investments in the Delhi NCR region. Before joining SeedFund, Shailesh was MD of a mid-size private equity fund.

Massive Mobility, Foundation launch Driver Relief
In this situation of lockdown due to COVID-19, Massive has announced that it would provide 21 days’ basic rations to help rickshaw pullers. Under this scheme, Massive has decided to arrange 10 kg flour, 5 kg rice, 2 kg pulses, 1 litre oil, one packet of handwash, and 5 masks for the rickshaw pullers.

Massive Mobility and Hero Electric are creating an open EV-charging network promoting standardisation. Their survey found users want app-based smart chargers, 16 AMP stations, and long cords. Massive Charging enables Wi-Fi setup, UPI payments, and usage monitoring.

Shailesh Vickram Singh
founder
Shailesh Vickram Singh is a seasoned venture capitalist and entrepreneur and the Founder of GoMassive. GoMassive sponsors the Climate Angels Fund, which backs early-stage climate tech startups in India. The firm also runs a corporate open innovation program and LowCarbon.Earth, an accelerator in partnership with UNEP.
Previously, Shailesh was Executive Director at SeedFund (a $54M VC fund) and Managing Director at a $170M private equity fund. With over two decades of experience in venture investing and entrepreneurship, he is a prominent voice in the climate innovation space.
He has spoken at global platforms including the UN Environment Assembly, Financial Times Investing for Good, ANDE Summit, and SWITCH Asia Clean Air Summit, and at institutions like IIT Delhi, IIM Lucknow, and IIT Kharagpur.
Shailesh regularly contributes to leading publications such as Economic Times, YourStory, and Inc42, and frequently appears on news channels including CNBC Awaaz and News24, speaking on climate investing, venture capital, and entrepreneurship.
He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech from GB Pant University.
