Role Overview 

We are looking for a high-energy, high agency, fast, strategic HR professional to lead Talent, Culture, and Employer Branding at Massive Mobility. 

You will recruit tech and business talent, manage HR operational tasks, refine culture, and position Massive Mobility as a top-choice employer in the EV and automobile sector. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  1. Talent Acquisition
    – Search & Outreach – Proactively scout and build pipelines of high-agency candidates through networking, headhunting, and targeted platforms. 
    – Evaluate & Engage – Assess candidates’ drive, ownership mindset, and cultural fit while ensuring a strong candidate experience. 
    – Hire & Close – Drive the end-to-end hiring process, from interviews to offer closure, ensuring swift onboarding of top talent. 
  1. Onboarding & Culture Alignment
    – Design & Embed Ownership Practices – Create frameworks (policies, incentives, recognition systems) that reward initiative, accountability, and problem-solving over hierarchy. 
    – Talent & Development Alignment – Recruit, onboard, and upskill employees with a bias for action and autonomy, ensuring leaders model and reinforce high-agency behaviors. 
    – Culture Stewardship – Build 30-60-90 plans, Continuously measure, communicate, and strengthen a culture of self-driven execution through engagement programs, feedback loops, and storytelling. 
  1. Compliance & Documentation
    -Standardize contracts, NDAs, asset handovers, MIS dashboards. 
    -Ensure legal and operational compliance across GEN entities.  

 

Who Should Apply 

  • 1–4 years of experience in HR (talent, culture, employer branding). 
  • Strong experience hiring in tech, engineering, or mobility sectors preferred. 
  • Ability to work independently and build HR from zero-to-one. 
  • Strategic thinker and hands-on executor. 
  • Comfortable in a fast, high-performance, meritocratic environment. 
  • Passionate about EVs, sustainability, and climate action.
